How is technology helping provide care?2020-09-24T18:54:32-05:00

We believe that technology can be a significant benefit to providing great care to you or your family. One way we do this is behind the scenes. We use a highly integrated, web-based, HIPAA compliant management system for scheduling, billing and family communication. This helps run our agency efficiently so we can focus on what is important, our care services. Another way is more visible to you. We partnered with Constant Companion to provide a special Amazon Alexa to call for help or answer questions, all voice activated. We provide the device with no upfront cost and a small monthly fee for the monitoring services.
