We have a flexible hourly rate plan and a flat daily rate for 24-hour care. We believe in transparency in our cost of services and will work with you based on your particular financial situation and go over everything during your care assessment appointment.
Unfortunately, most health insurance plans do not have coverage for non-medical companion or personal care, however it might be possible if you have Long Term Care insurance. We can help communicate with your provider about your coverage. If you are discharged or a current member of our military and need care, call us about your benefits and how to qualify for coverage with the VA.
Yes! We are licensed through the State of California to provide non-medical in-home care services. Information about state licensing can be found at here. We also carry all the required insurance coverage including general and professional liability, employee dishonesty bond and worker’s compensation through CA State Compensation Fund. You will have the peace of mind that our employees are covered while working in your home.
We first look for people to be caregiveres that have a true desire to provide compassionate care. After careful selection, all caregiveres must be registered with the State of CA as Home Care Aides (HCA) and go through a Live Scan fingerprint and background check. We also ensure our Coaches have clean driving records and are properly insured before they provide transportation services. We also provide an innovative online training program to our Coaches and specialized training on dementia and Alzheimer’s care.
We work very hard to find a Coach that is the “right fit”. However, for any reason if a switch of a Coach is desired, simply communicate with us immediately and will accommodate as best we can.
We believe that technology can be a significant benefit to providing great care to you or your family. One way we do this is behind the scenes. We use a highly integrated, web-based, HIPAA compliant management system for scheduling, billing and family communication. This helps run our agency efficiently so we can focus on what is important, our care services. Another way is more visible to you. We partnered with Constant Companion to provide a special Amazon Alexa to call for help or answer questions, all voice activated. We provide the device with no upfront cost and a small monthly fee for the monitoring services.
